I’ve got a lot to fill in as the past year has been extremely busy. Thanks to everyone’s support the wholesale orders have been non stop and I couldn’t be more grateful! So let’s catch up, September was Lemons birthday and we got to party with her brother, Astro.
In November a group of glass blowers, myself included, went to represent at CannaKickIt in Toronto and had a blast! This event was repeated again in May at a different venue. Check it out next time!
In December Eka invited a bunch of friends to put on an art exhibit on the Danforth! We put together the biggest tube I’ve made to date. Super killer piece. Photo included below.
I got sick in January
Come April I was teaching a lathe class, thanks to 1offapparel, Mcnol, and Dremlins hosting me at their studio in Guelph. We went over some basic assembly and the many ways to approach assembly. Was very cool to be able to field questions while I worked and highlighted the process.
In June I took a road Trip with Lemon to Baked Turkey in Manitoba. They invited us out for their grand opening. Lemon had the time of her life and was loved by all.
Currently I’m preparing to head to Montreal this weekend and secure another glass lathe. As the plan is to bring someone on board so I can catch up on orders. Anyways I won’t promise the next update like last time, but I will make an effort to update this more often!

This past week I completed a custom recycler bubbler with red black and white linework, paired up with Blue Satin #4 and some bands of Green/Magenta Blue dichro over jet black. Those photos are feature on my Instagram and there's 3 closeups attached to this post.
As I mentioned last post I will be going back out to hang out with @Jhoneyglass @Drewskiglass and @keshavglass and move forward on our previous plans.
Keshav had to take a family trip and that let me hang out with my favourite male doggo, ASTRO! Astro is Lemons brother and one of the sweet puppers I helped in their first days. He loves kissing but he leads with his teeth, hes extremely loving and playful despite his size and his bark. Later today we will reunite Keshav with Astro and start the week of collabs off strong! I'll be updating this when I return at the end of the month!

Gore, Lemon and Astro

Last weekend I took Lemon out to Ottawa to visit Johnny Honey Glass and Drewski Glass. We had a great time and lemon was an excellent shop assistant. Johnny and I started drawing up some up coming collabs and manifested a 10mm reticello bubbler with some crushed opal sections and horn attachments, sneak peak pictured below . This was ultimately a warm up for some serious pieces that will be created over the next few months. Drewski and I chatted about getting some gallery shows setup and talked about some super metal collaborative efforts. Always a great time seeing these guys, we're going to connect again later in the month and move towards starting the next collabs.

On the trip back Lemon got to see her brother, Astro, Keshav glass' dog. We ended up grabbing some lunch and discussing planning some events based around table and barware. Keshav managed to get me on the torch and prepare a section for a pendant he is cooking up. Keshav has style and precision that we in the glass community have been lacking for a few years. It's great to have him back in the studio and on the torch again after a long hiatus. Check out his past work, you wont regret it.
