Return Policy
Please read the entire return and shipping damage policies carefully before purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, a return may be possible if the product is unused, undamaged and properly repackaged for the return shipment. It is important to note that the refunded amount excludes all shipping costs. This policy extends to both the fees at the point of purchase as well as return. Before a refund is issued, Gore Glass Inc. reserves the right to request preshipment photos and perform an inspection on the returned product. This policy helps us protect you and hold our shipping partners accountable.
Shipping Damage Policy
We're confident in our packaging methods because we have an amazing reputation for getting glass to our customers safe and sound! To protect your purchase, all of our packages require a signature upon delivery. This policy guarantees you an opportunity to inspect the state of the parcel upon delivery. If you suspect your product was damaged during shipping, it is your responsibility to refuse the box.
Because our shipping methods have had a 100% success rate during our 11 years of operation, all damage claims are handled on a case by case basis. Customers should be aware that in the rare event of damage during shipment, it may not be possible to repair or replicate the damaged delivery due to the unique nature of the work. However, please note that providing you with a positive buying experience is always our priority.
